Job summary

Requirements include 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, 1+ year supervisory experience, and strong skills in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry work is required.
• HVAC and CPO certifications are highly desired.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must be available for on-call and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional resident service and maintain move-in readiness and curb appeal.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain records, inventory, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Be available for on-call emergencies and weekend coverage.
