This role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, safety, and cost-conscious operations, with on-call and weekend duties and a focus on building strong team engagement across communities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• HVAC and CPO certifications are highly desired.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Must be available for on-call and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates customer service skills by treating residents and staff with respect and assigning work orders efficiently.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and inspect grounds/buildings daily for hazards.
• Manage and order maintenance supplies within budget and ensure safe operations.
• Supervise maintenance staff, provide training, and monitor progress daily.
