Job summary

Usms Holdco Llc is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at a multifamily community in the United States. The role oversees technicians, manages work orders, and ensures safe, high-quality unit turns and property upkeep.

Responsibilities include supervising day and night staff, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating with property management and vendors to maintain efficiency and standards. Strong hands-on maintenance skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs.
• Ability to manage and train maintenance technicians.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support day and night maintenance technicians.
• Assign and prioritize daily work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Perform and oversee unit turns and make-ready inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and carpentry issues.
• Maintain common areas including pool, gym, and exterior grounds.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed efficiently and to quality standards.
• Coordinate with property management and vendors as needed.
