Job summary

29th Street Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a portfolio of multifamily properties. You will train and supervise Maintenance Technicians, coordinate preventative maintenance, and ensure timely completion of work orders and apartment turns.

The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance experience, HVAC knowledge, and the ability to manage logs, inspections, and budget adherence while collaborating with the Community

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance for multi-family and commercial properties.
• HVAC experience is required.
• Valid driver\'s license may be required.
• Honesty in time reporting and reliability.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise Maintenance Technicians.
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance across properties.
• Plumbing, electrical, lighting, drywall, and HVAC upkeep.
• Troubleshoot boilers, hot water, and related systems.
• Coordinate work orders and apartment turns within schedules.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and logs.
• Ensure inspections and logs (fire, pool, elevator, etc.) are up to date.
• Coordinate with Community Manager and vendors to meet 24-hour response.
• Adhere to property budgets and report overages to PM.
• Assist at other Haven properties as needed.
