Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a multi-family community. You will manage daily activities, ensure quality workmanship, and uphold safety standards.

The role requires 5 years in maintenance, strong leadership, and hands-on expertise across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry. You will train staff, coordinate with vendors, and uphold WBPC’s quality and budget expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in related maintenance, property management preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and related trades.
• EPA & CPO certifications preferred where applicable.
• Effective communication with management, vendors and residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations at a multi-family community, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Plan, schedule and supervise maintenance staff for daily activities, turns, and repairs.
• Hire, train and develop maintenance staff; enforce safety policies.
• Train staff on trades and troubleshoot items to recommend repair or replacement.
• Maintain service requests in Yardi and close tasks upon completion.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installations and major repairs.
