StoneCreek Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across one or more apartment communities. You will diagnose defects, manage make-readies, and ensure adherence to safety policies and budgets.

The role requires 3+ years in multifamily maintenance in a supervisory capacity, plus EPA and HVAC certifications. On-call rotation and strong leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multifamily maintenance in a supervisory role.
• EPA and HVAC certifications required; CPO/CAMT preferred.
• Able to participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance, repairs, and make-readies across communities.
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and safety standards.
• Coordinate make-readies, inspections, and vendor scheduling.
• Maintain inventory and manage supplies within budget.
• Attend safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Respond to emergencies during on-call rotations.
