Job summary

NALS Apartment Homes seeks a capable Maintenance Supervisor to organize, direct and sustain the day-to-day operations of on-site maintenance. You will lead the team, manage service requests, and ensure safety and compliance with PM standards.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1+ year of multifamily maintenance supervision, HVAC and EPA certifications, and a hands-on approach to repairs, turn processes, and vendor coordination. Compensation includes hourly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of multifamily Maintenance Supervisor experience.
• Knowledge of building systems and safety practices.
• EPA and HVAC certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and direct day-to-day maintenance operations as a working supervisor.
• Lead on-site maintenance, ensure safety and 50% rent-ready units.
• Oversee service requests, safety training, logs and turn processes.
• Respond to after-hours calls and emergencies; manage shop and supplies.
