Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily in Houston, TX. You will oversee maintenance to ensure market-ready apartments, timely service, and high resident satisfaction while complying with housing laws and safety standards.

You will handle preventative maintenance, emergencies, and coordinate with property management to maintain grounds, pools, and common areas. A valid driver''s license and certifications (EPA 608 Type II or CPO) are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related experience in maintenance.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification required.
• Valid driver''s license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including painting and upkeep to ensure quality.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Perform maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and related tasks.
• Maintain common areas, pools, and grounds; manage safety hazards.
