Franklin Group maintains and repairs multifamily properties, ensuring safe, well‑operated buildings and grounds at Jamestown Pointe in Greenville, SC. Maintenance Technicians diagnose and fix HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance issues to keep the community running smoothly.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience. CAMT recommended; Fair Housing Certification required within 1 day of hire; on‑call availability is expected.

• 1–3 years related maintenance experience
• CAMT is recommended; Fair Housing Certification within 1 day of hire

Responsabilités

• Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repairs.
• Respond to resident work orders and notify management on completion or delays.
• Maintain daily upkeep of the community and units prior to occupancy.
• Keep inventory of supplies and equipment and ensure a clean work area.
• Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
