Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Respond promptly to resident work orders and notify management upon completion.
• Maintain daily repair and upkeep of the community and units prior to occupancy.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
