Job summary

Braden Fellman Group is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join the on-site team at one of our multifamily apartment communities in the Atlanta area. You will handle service requests, prepare vacant units, and help maintain the overall condition and curb appeal of the community.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in multifamily or similar settings.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry repairs.
• Basic HVAC troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to use mobile devices for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform unit turns and prepare move-in ready apartments.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and light janitorial tasks.
• Document work in the property management system.
• Assist with property inspections and report issues.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance.
• Communicate courteously with residents.
