Job summary

Morgan Properties is actively seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our apartment communities in West Columbia, SC. The role requires diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance issues while ensuring compliance with company standards and laws.

Experience troubleshooting HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
Maintains interior and exterior areas according to standards and laws.
Responds to maintenance service tickets promptly and efficiently.
Communicates clearly with residents and staff about repairs and updates.
