Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair apartment community systems on-site. The role requires addressing HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing issues, while keeping common areas compliant with standards and laws.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver’s license, may hold HVAC/EPA/CFC certification, and has at least 1 year of related experience or an equivalent background. On-site work with rotating on-call responsibilities is included.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing issues.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas per company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws.
• 1 year of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Active, valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
