Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician to maintain apartment community standards and meet legal requirements. The role handles HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing issues, with a focus on timely response to service tickets.

Qualifications

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred.
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards and laws.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets.
• Communicate clearly with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates.
