Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician in Rock Hill, SC to uphold apartment community standards and compliance. This full-time role covers HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks as part of daily maintenance.

You will respond to service tickets, maintain interior/exterior areas, and communicate repairs to residents and staff. A valid driver’s license and vehicle are required; EPA/CFC certification is preferred.
