Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues across our residential properties. You will diagnose and service split-system heat pumps and other mechanical systems while delivering exceptional customer service to residents and maintaining community standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of maintenance experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in apartment, residential, or commercial settings
• EPA Certification required; HVAC certification strongly preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general carpentry
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the community
• Strong customer service and ability to work independently while contributing to a team

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues
• Diagnose and service split-system heat pumps and other residential mechanical systems
• Complete maintenance service requests efficiently with excellent customer service
• Perform apartment turns and help prepare homes for new residents
• Maintain the appearance and safety of the community per company standards
• Communicate professionally with residents and onsite team about repairs and work orders
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for Fox Run
