Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Service Technician to help ensure our apartment community meets company standards and complies with applicable laws. You will troubleshoot HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, and respond to maintenance tickets with timely updates.

A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle are required. EPA/CFC certification is preferred, with at least one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas per company standards and applicable laws.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets.
• Communicate clearly with residents and staff regarding repairs and updates.
