Job summary

Morgan Properties in Lexington, SC is seeking a Service Technician to upkeep our apartment community, handling HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs. You will respond to service tickets, perform preventive maintenance, communicate clearly with residents and office staff, and help ensure safety and compliance with company standards and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• EPA/CFC certification preferred.
• One year of related maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas per company standards and laws.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets.
