Vivmark Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician in San Bruno, CA. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general systems across apartment homes, ensuring readiness of vacant units and high-quality living spaces.

With 2–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience and a valid driver's license, you will join a team committed to safety, efficiency, and resident satisfaction. This on-site position offers full-time hours and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance work.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to accommodate an on-call schedule in rotation with the team.
• Ability to communicate with residents and team members.
• Ability to read and understand maintenance policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, painting and other maintenance tasks.
• Completes assigned service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready promptly.
• Performs preventative maintenance and assists in interior/exterior painting.
• Maintains safety culture and reports unsafe conditions.
• Performs hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) within standards.
