Job summary

Madison Communities in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team at Mill House. You’ll handle painting, plumbing, electrical fixtures, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs to keep apartments move-in ready and safe for residents.

Qualifications

1+ year of maintenance experience in multifamily housing.
Know-how in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems.
High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old.
HVAC, EPA, CPO certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to residents and teammates.
Perform day-to-day maintenance including painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and repairs.
Respond quickly and professionally to service requests.
Ensure apartments are safe, functional, and move-in ready.
Coordinate with vendors on projects like landscaping and asphalt repairs.
Keep tools and work areas safe, organized, and well-maintained.
