Job summary

Goldberg Companies/GCI Residential in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Legacy Fort Mill community. You will partner with the Maintenance Supervisor and the property team to keep the community safe, functional, and welcoming for residents.

You will troubleshoot and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, pools, and building exteriors, and prepare homes for new residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in multifamily apartment maintenance.
• Experience repairing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, exteriors, and appliances.
• EPA certification or willingness to obtain; customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance, functionality, and safety of the community.
• Troubleshoot and complete resident service requests with timely, professional service.
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents by completing repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Perform hands-on maintenance in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, pools, and building exteriors.
• Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor and property team to identify maintenance needs.
• Deliver a positive resident experience by taking pride in your work.
