Madison Communities in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team at Mill House. You’ll handle painting, plumbing, electrical fixtures, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs to keep apartments move-in ready and safe for residents.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience in multifamily housing.
• Know-how in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old.
• HVAC, EPA, CPO certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and teammates.
• Perform day-to-day maintenance including painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and repairs.
• Respond quickly and professionally to service requests.
• Ensure apartments are safe, functional, and move-in ready.
• Coordinate with vendors on projects like landscaping and asphalt repairs.
• Keep tools and work areas safe, organized, and well-maintained.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• Certifications (HVAC, EPA, CPO) are a plus
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
