Job summary

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of multifamily or facilities maintenance experience.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification; CPO; MPO as required in Dallas County or local codes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to train and motivate team.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Manager in overseeing maintenance operations across properties.
• Lead make-readies, repairs, and preventative maintenance to high standards.
• Schedule unit turns to meet occupancy and move-in timelines.
• Oversee purchase orders and invoicing in line with company policies.
