Job summary

You will supervise technicians, prioritize daily work, and coordinate with vendors while upholding safety, training, and company standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of maintenance experience, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• High school diploma required; technical training or college coursework preferred.
• Proven leadership ability to train, mentor, and manage a maintenance team.
• Universal EPA and CPO certifications are required.
• Valid Class E driver's license.
• Knowledge of EPA, OSHA, ADA, and Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a maintenance team to complete routine maintenance and repairs with quality and safety.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and scheduling of service requests.
• Manage budget, inventory, and vendor coordination to ensure on-time, within-scope work.
• Provide training and mentorship, enforce safety protocols and company standards.
• Prioritize tasks, inspect work, and perform hands-on repairs as needed.
• Act as a gatekeeper for maintenance information and ensure clear communication with residents.
