Tripoint Residential is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee operations across a cluster of scattered-site multifamily properties. You will supervise 1-2 technicians, handle work orders, and coordinate vendors while performing hands-on repairs when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance or related field.
• Experience with boilers and chillers.
• Leadership experience supervising maintenance teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate vendors and turnovers.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Availability for emergency on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 1-2 maintenance team members across properties.
• Schedule turnovers, inspections, and vendor coordination.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Ensure safety protocols and inspection readiness.
• Train new maintenance hires and enforce safety standards.
• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion using Entrata.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, equipment and company vehicles.
• Log hours worked and report metrics to the Property Manager.
• Represent maintenance in meetings with Property Managers and leadership.
• Support seasonal tasks including snow removal and curb appeal projects.
• Be a part of a 24/7 on-call rotation.
