Qualifications

2–3 years of apartment/home repair experience including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical basics.
EPA and HVAC certifications, or willingness to obtain them.
OSHA safety rules knowledge and strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance and carpentry issues.
Perform repairs and replacements to resolve issues efficiently.
Communicate progress and expected completion times to residents.
Assist in make-ready of vacant apartments and maintain common areas.
Conduct routine property inspections and report safety concerns.
Assist in on-call emergencies as needed.
