The Franklin Group in North Charleston, SC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and oversee daily upkeep, repairs, and grounds management for the community. Boiler and chiller experience is preferred; HVAC certification is preferred.

A high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license are required. CAMT and Fair Housing Certification are highly beneficial.

Formación

• Maintenance supervisory experience in housing context preferred.
• Boiler and chiller experience preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise maintenance team members and coordinate daily activities.
• Perform maintenance duties and ensure upkeep of grounds and buildings.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
