Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Cascade Apartments in Henderson, NV. You will oversee maintenance operations, prepare market-ready units, and ensure timely service and high resident satisfaction.

You will handle plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC basics, grounds upkeep, and on-call emergencies while complying with housing laws. A High School Diploma and EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification or local city certificate required.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments (painting, cleaning, repairs).
• Respond to resident service requests and ensure timely service.
• Maintain grounds, pools, and common areas; address safety issues.
• Perform on-call emergency procedures and report budget-impacting issues.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and training as required.
