Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily to support multiple properties in Georgia. The role focuses on preparing move-in ready units, timely resident service, and hands-on maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and groundskeeping.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of related experience, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, and a valid driver's license. On-call duties and compliance with safety policies are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments including painting and basic repairs.
• Responds to resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Performs preventative maintenance and records activities.
• Maintains grounds, pools, and common areas.
• Performs on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Ensures compliance with housing laws and safety policies.
