Avanath Capital Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead property maintenance operations, ensuring timely service, quality move-ins, and excellent curb appeal across our communities. You will work with the Community Manager and vendors to supervise staff and coordinate repairs.

The role requires 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, at least one year in supervision, strong technical skills in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry, and on-call availability.

Formación

• At least 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry.
• HVAC and CPO certifications are highly desired.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must be available for on-call and weekend work.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate maintenance staff and vendors to maintain the property.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds and common areas daily for hazards.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program.
• Plan for and utilize property resources economically.
• Conduct unit inspections.
• Maintain key control and accurate records.
• Participate in on-call emergencies.
• Provide direction to maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation activities.
