Avanath Capital Management, LLC seeks a Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance teams across communities, ensuring quality move-in, timely service, and strong curb appeal. You will partner with the Community Manager to supervise staff and vendors and uphold safety and code standards.

This role requires hands-on experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry, plus a commitment to excellent resident service.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical and carpentry.
• HVAC and CPO certifications are highly desired.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• On-call and weekend availability.

Mansioni

• Provide resident relations and outstanding customer service, responding to maintenance requests with urgency.
• Accept and complete work orders, diagnose issues, and perform repairs per safety and code standards.
• Coordinate with Community Manager to schedule staff and vendors for property maintenance.
• Ensure repairs in common areas and units are necessary and properly executed.
• Maintain curb appeal and ensure consistent communication with residents.
• Enforce community policies and follow up on resident concerns.
