Avanath Capital Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance staff and vendor activities across community properties. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional resident service, timely repairs, and strong program oversight to maintain curb appeal and safety. Safe, on-time responses and strong communication with residents and staff are essential. The position requires supervisory experience and relevant trade expertise.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry work is required.
• HVAC and CPO certifications are highly desired.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must be available for on-call and weekend work.

Mansioni

• Resident relations and customer service duties.
• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in units and common areas.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to work orders.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and inventory.
• Lead maintenance staff and coordinate with the Community Manager.
• Manage on-call emergencies and vendor relationships.
