Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across multifamily communities. You will oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, inventory, and vendor coordination while delivering safe, clean, and well-maintained properties for residents.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical skills, and a focus on customer service, with availability for on-call emergencies as needed at properties in the Marietta, GA area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multifamily property maintenance, including turnover/make-ready.
• 1+ year supervisory or team-lead experience required.
• Proficiency in diagnosing maintenance issues and implementing solutions.
• Excellent organizational & communication skills; able to manage multiple tasks & deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train maintenance team; ensure tasks completed on time.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliances, carpentry.
• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders.
• Oversee make-ready process including inspections, punch lists, vendor scheduling, final QC.
• Maintain inventory and manage parts within budget; order materials as needed.
