Harbor Group Management Company seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform maintenance across multifamily communities. You will lead a hands-on team, handle service requests, manage preventive tasks, and coordinate with vendors to maintain safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

Ideal candidates have strong technical skills, customer service focus, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to budget and safety standards.

Formación

• Minimum three years’ multifamily property maintenance experience, including turnover/make-ready processes.
• At least one year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or appliance repair.
• EPA Universal or HVAC certification as required by property.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of PM software and ticketing systems is required.
• Customer-service orientation with residents and vendors; on-call availability.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, train, and guide maintenance team to complete tasks on time.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance issues.
• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders per standards and timelines.
• Oversee make-ready processes including pre-move-out inspections and vendor coordination.
• Keep common areas, exteriors, and grounds clean, safe, and visually appealing.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and third-party maintenance work.
• Perform monthly preventative maintenance according to policy.
• Maintain organized inventory and order materials within budget.
• Lead safety meetings, maintain MSDS sheets, and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Inspect work for quality and alignment with specifications.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and avoid unnecessary part replacements.
