Job summary

HNN Communities in Bellevue, WA seeks a Full-Time Leasing & Operations Learning Partner to design and execute on-site leasing and operations training across our Puget Sound portfolio. The role requires strong multifamily management experience and hands-on coaching to improve performance and processes.

The Learning Partner will build scalable training, observe site workflows, diagnose issues, and partner with leadership to prioritize learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Experience with training, facilitation, and coaching.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute on-site leasing and operations training.
• Coach property teams and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Train staff on Yardi, RentCafe, and other PMS tools to drive efficiency.
• Observe workflows, identify gaps, and translate needs into scalable learning solutions.
• Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences.
