Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily property management and onsite operations.
• Experience with training design and delivery.
• Proficiency with Yardi, Rent Café, and other property management software.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead training sessions to improve leasing skills and on-site operations.
• Develop and maintain standardized training materials (manuals, e-learning, videos).
• Train staff on property management software to support leasing and operations.
• Serve as escalation partner for Yardi/Rent Café issues and provide coaching or targeted training.
