Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Manager for a multifamily property in Austin, TX. The role oversees onsite leasing, marketing, and sales efforts, ensuring excellent resident service and accurate leasing data entry.

The position requires 3+ years in leasing with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity and a valid real estate license where required. Expect travel between properties and a strong focus on advertising effectiveness and process compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• 1+ years of Management experience.
• Possess a valid real estate license as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Explain lease information to residents.
• Entering all data into tracking system to track leasing activities.
• Walk apartment units prior to showing and occupancy by resident.
• Review leasing paperwork and audit lease files.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly leasing reports as required.
• Track and evaluate advertising and client traffic.
• Ensure online advertising is reviewed and updated daily.
• Train and develop leasing personnel per policies and procedures.
• Prepare marketing plans, leasing strategies, and advertising proposals with support from Property Manager.
• Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants, and other representatives.
