Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Manager, Multifamily to oversee on-site leasing operations for an apartment community. You will train staff, drive leasing efforts, and coordinate advertising, marketing plans, and resident interactions to maximize occupancy and revenue.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and a valid real estate license where required. Travel between properties may be required; on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
• Windows-based computer skills and data entry experience.
• Possess a valid real estate license as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise onsite leasing staff and direct leasing activities.
• Explain lease information to residents and process paperwork per standards.
• Enter data into tracking systems and track leasing activities.
• Analyze advertising and track client traffic to optimize occupancy.
• Prepare marketing plans and leasing strategies with the Property Manager's support.
• Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants, and representatives.
• Monitor MTM leases and ensure compliance with policy.
