Responsibilities

• Drive the sale by highlighting the community lifestyle.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment by collecting information and initiating background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Deliver unmatched service to residents and maintain retention.
• Coordinate paperwork related to apartment rentals and assist with office activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
