Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Consultant, Multifamily (Affordable) to join the onsite property management team. You will greet prospects, highlight community amenities, and guide applicants through the rental process with a focus on occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 1+ year of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel between properties in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Regular travel between properties in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Tour the property with prospects to generate interest and answer questions about amenities, community, and grounds.
• Highlight quality of the community and lifestyle to drive sales.
• Qualify prospects for an apartment by collecting information and initiating background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed expectations and maintain retention.
• Coordinate paperwork related to apartment rentals and office activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
