Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Consultant, Multifamily, to join the onsite management team. You will engage with prospects, present the community, and help drive occupancy and rent growth while delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes organized, professional interaction, qualifying applicants, coordinating move-in readiness, and maintaining resident satisfaction. A high school diploma and 1+ years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related leasing experience.
• Ability to explain community amenities and lifestyle.
• Proficiency with basic Windows computer applications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, organized, and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest by touring the property with prospects and answering questions about amenities and grounds.
• Drive sales by highlighting the quality of the community and the apartment lifestyle.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment home and initiate background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed expectations and maintain retention.
• Coordinate paperwork and office activities related to rentals.
• Other duties as assigned.
