Camden is seeking a Sales Manager to lead leasing operations across one or more communities in Denver. You will drive sales performance, supervise the leasing team, and align resources to meet portfolio objectives while promoting a high-performing, customer-focused culture.

You will coach staff, implement company initiatives, and collaborate with leadership to exceed targets for rent, occupancy, and customer sentiment. This role demands strong communication and a proactive coaching mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of leasing experience in residential property management.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales and customer service objectives.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proactive in coaching and developing staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales operations at one or more communities and allocate resources.
• Collaborate with leadership to set goals for rent, occupancy, and revenue.
• Motivate leasing team to capture leads and achieve sales goals.
• Develop, train, and manage a high-performing team with open communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales tools and processes and share best practices.
• Ensure company initiatives from support teams are implemented.
• Create weekly/monthly strategies to hit portfolio goals and improve underperforming metrics.
• Promote resident retention through timely communication and Camden’s Loyalty Loop program.
• Lead by example to foster a culture of engagement and a great place to work.
