Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• 1+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop leasing personnel in accordance with company policies.
• Direct the leasing activities and drive sales at the community.
• Prepare marketing plans, leasing strategies, and advertising proposals with the Property Manager.
