Job summary

29th Street Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support Community Managers with leasing, occupancy, and marketing across our diverse multifamily properties nationwide.

You will be the first point of contact for prospects and residents, conduct tours, process applications, and complete leases while ensuring unit readiness, accurate records, and compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.

Qualifications

• Superior organization and communication skills.
• Ability to provide courteous and professional service to residents and managers.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with leasing and occupancy at all properties.
• Show apartments to prospects, collect applications and prepare lease packages.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and resident relations.
• Maintain accurate lease and move-in/move-out documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
