Pilot Company is seeking a Housing Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on employee housing and ensure compliance with state rules and regulations. Responsibilities include inspecting units, performing repairs, and coordinating with tenants and dispatch to resolve issues.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and at least five years of preventive or apartment maintenance experience, with preference for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade or vocational school preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Minimum five years’ preventive or apartment maintenance experience required.
• Prior experience with electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect multiple housing units and perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to maintenance work orders and troubleshoot electrical, carpentry, and plumbing issues.
• Collaborate with tenants to review and resolve open maintenance issues.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and report work order progress.
• Participate in safety training and maintain knowledge of equipment.
