Pilot Company is seeking a Housing Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on employee housing and ensure compliance with state rules and regulations. Responsibilities include inspecting units, performing repairs, and coordinating with tenants and dispatch to resolve issues.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and at least five years of preventive or apartment maintenance experience, with preference for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge.
