Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA/CFC certification preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• At least 1 year of general maintenance experience.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Property Care: maintain grounds, buildings, and amenities.
• Preventative Maintenance: ensure HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems operate smoothly.
• Timely Repairs: respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Unit Turnovers: prepare vacated units for new residents.
• Emergency Response: handle repairs and document incidents for insurance.
• Compliance: adhere to safety regulations and Fair Housing standards.
