Job summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall upkeep of the property landscape and exterior image, including cleaning driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, exterior hallways, and pool maintenance.
• Provide world class customer service by addressing residents' maintenance needs.
• Support maintenance staff on other projects as needed.
• Perform related duties as required or assigned.
