The role requires teamwork with the Maintenance staff, adherence to safety standards, and professional presentation. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with bilingual ability in English/Spanish being an asset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to take directions in English or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property landscape and exterior areas including driveways, parking lots, and flowerbeds.
• Provide world-class customer service to residents in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with pool cleaning and routine maintenance; snow removal as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear Cushman & Wakefield uniform.
