Job summary

Bigos Management in Edina, MN is seeking a full-time groundskeeper to maintain the exterior grounds and interior common areas of our property. You will clean laundry rooms, sweep walkways, manage trash, water plants, and assist with maintenance tasks to keep the property safe and presentable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior groundskeeping or property maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning and lawn care products.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
• Ability to travel for required trainings, meetings and company events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and interior common areas in quality, presentable condition.
• Clean laundry rooms daily and vacuum buildings and foyers as needed.
• Check light fixtures and bulbs and clean/replace as needed.
• Remove trash and prepare trash areas for pickup.
• Sweep sidewalks, shovel walkways, and salt icy areas in winter.
• Water, weed/prune, mulch, and plant lawns, trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds.
• Keep recreation and pool areas clean and set up/take down patio furniture.
• Walk property daily to ensure cleanliness and orderly condition.
• Assist maintenance team and other duties as assigned by Property Manager.
